Become an Exhibitor at SIAq 2026
Booking terms: Receipt of this duly completed form constitutes a commitment to pay the full amount due. Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice. Returning the signed form constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Venue: Grand Théâtre National Doudou Ndiaye Coumba Rose, Dakar, Republic of Senegal.
Accommodation: Registration fees do not include accommodation. A list of partner hotels at preferential rates will be provided once your form is received.
Cancellation: If payment has already been made, no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation; however, a replacement exhibitor may be designated at no additional cost.
Force majeure: The organisers cannot be held liable for any delay, change, postponement or cancellation of all or part of the event resulting from a case of force majeure or circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disaster, exceptional weather, epidemic or pandemic, fire, flood, strike, social conflict, war, act of terrorism, power or telecommunications outage, or any other unforeseeable and unavoidable event. In such a case, no compensation may be claimed from the organisers, who will endeavour, as far as possible, to offer a replacement solution or postponement to a later date.
